Kiwi Media sells Jacksonville Terminal stake for W46b
[THE INVESTOR] Kiwi Media Group announced on Oct. 10 that it has sold its entire stakes in Keystone Investment and Keystone Properties for 20.2 billion won (US$18.18 million) and 25.6 billion won, respectively, to improve management efficiency.
The group, then named Keystone Global, acquired 50 percent stake in both companies that operate the cargo terminal in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2013.
The transfer date is Aug. 31, 2017.
