[THE INVESTOR] Shinsegae Group has carried out a regular personnel shift on Nov. 30, promoting 52 executives and changing appointments of 25.
Lee Gap-su, who has been co-CEO with vice president Kim Hye-sung, will head E-mart, the country’s largest big-box retailer.

Kim Seong-yeong, who has been overseeing the new business operation, will replace Yoon Myeong-gyu as the CEO of E-mart WithMe, and Yoon will head the construction division of Shinsegae Construction.
Im Yeong-rok, vice president of Shinsegae Property, has been promoted to CEO, and Park Ju-hyeong, who has been in charge of administration at Shinsegae, as the CEO of Central City.
The retail giant has also reshuffled Shinsegae and E-mart: for Shinsegae, it established two sales departments to maximize sales capacity and added a strategic department to exploit new business opportunities; for E-mart, a development department was added to combine business developments at home and abroad.
