Codes Combine announced on Dec. 5 that it has signed a license agreement with US underwear brand Jockey.
The agreement is valid from Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2028, and grants manufacturing and distribution rights for Jockey’s underwear for men, women and children, sleepwear, socks and swimwear.
Codes Combine will pay 88 million won (US$75,047) by 2018 and guarantee a 2 percent annual increase by 2028, said the company, and 3 percent to 6 percent of its net sales every quarter.
