Roche Systems to increase captial by W19b
[DISCLOSURE] Rorze Systems (071280) announced on Jan. 10 that it has decided to raise 18.82 billion won (US$15.65 million) in capital to finance facilities, operating funds and other funds.
It will issue 2 million new shares at 9,410 won per share, first to shareholders and then to the general public.
