GS E&C to guarantee W117b debt
[DISCLOSURE] GS Engineering and Construction (006360) announced on Jan. 18 that it has decided to guarantee a 116.6 billion won (US$98.99 million) debt of Jeongdong Construction and Daegwang D&C.
This amounts to 3.48 percent of its 2015 equity capital.
