Shin Dong-joo sells 6.88% stake in Lotte Shopping
[DISCLOSURE] Former vice chairman of Lotte Holdings Japan Shin Dong-joo announced on Feb. 22 that he has sold 1,730,883 shares of Lotte Shopping (023530) on the previous day at 226,000 won (US$197.86) per share, 3.4 percent lower than the closing price.
He has secured 391.18 billion won and his stake declined 6.88 percent to 7.95 percent (2,505,000 shares).
