Kolon acquires 32% stake in Chinese JV
[DISCLOSURE] Kolon (002020) announced on Feb. 22 that it will acquire 32.3 percent stake (32,329 shares) of Hong Kong Kolon Sport China Holdings, a newly established joint venture between its subsidiary Kolon Industries (120110) and ANKO Sports Product.
Kolon Industries will acquire 17.7 percent stake in the joint venture and Kolon will transfer its 7.3 percent stake to its subsidiary later.
