Kolon Plastics acquires affiliate’s stake worth W9b
[DISCLOSURE] Kolon Plastics (138940) announced on March 24 that it has decided to acquire 160,000 shares of its affiliate Kolon BASF innoPOM.
The amount is 8.96 billion won (US$7.98 million) and is equivalent to 5.2 percent of its equity capital.
Kolon Plastics will own 50 percent of its affiliate after the purchase.
