Samsung Medison seeks to sell HQ building
[THE INVESTOR] Samsung Medison is seeking to sell its headquarters building, according to news reports on April 20.
The nine-story building, with a total floor area of 26,526 square meters, is located in Daechi-dong, southern Seoul.
Samsung Electronics has a majority stake of 68.46 percent in the medical equipment subsidiary which specializes in ultrasonic diagnostic equipment.
According to an official, the company is selling the building for asset management purposes and is not sure how much it will fetch.
