AK Petrochem to sell real estate worth W19.7b
[DISCLOSURE] AK Petrochemical (161000) announced on April 20 that it has decided to sell its land and a building in Ulsan worth 19.7 billion won (US$17.28 million) to Woonam Industrial and Dongcheon Development to promote asset management efficiency.
This amounts to 4.82 percent of its equity capital and the due date for the sales is Oct. 30.
