Lotte Confectionery turns to holding company system
[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Confectionery (004990) announced on April 26 that it has decided to split the company into a holding company -- temporarily named Lotte Holdings -- and a new company retaining the original name at 0.7038762: 0.2961238 ratio.
The due date for spin-off is Oct. 1.
