OCI invests W19.9b to wholly own Malay polysilicon company
[DISCLOSURE] OCI (010060) announced on April 26 that it has decided to acquire 462,356,839 shares of Tokuyama Malaysia at 198.97 billion won (US$175.95 million).
This amounts to 6.1 percent of its equity capital and it will own the entire stake of the company.
