It’s Skin’s largest stakeholder changes to Hanbul CEO
[DISCLOSURE] It’s Skin (226320) announced on May 2 that its largest stakeholder has changed to Hanbul Cosmetics CEO Im Byeong-cheol and 8 others with 62.32 percent stake, following the merger with Hanbul Cosmetics in February.
The merger with its parent company Hanbul is to improve management efficiency and to maximize synergy through incorporating manufacturing and sales of cosmetics, said the company.
