Tongyang Networks’ largest stakeholder offloads entire stake
[DISCLOSURE] KJ Pretec (083470) announced on May 25 that it has decided to sell its entire 8,145,414 shares of Tongyang Networks (030790) at 16.29 billion won (US$14.53 million) to investors association Juyeon No. 1 improve financial structure.
