KMAC sells off affiliate at W16.7b
[DISCLOSURE] Korea Materials & Analysis Corp. (043290) announced on June 15 that it has decided to sell its entire stake in its affiliate KMAC Bio at 16.7 billion won (US$14.78 million) to Sugentech to improve management efficiency.
