Foosung to acquire controlling stake in Chinese subsidiary at W23.6b
[DISCLOSURE] Foosung (093370) announced on June 15 that it has decided to acquire 51 percent stake in its Chinese subsidiary Foosung Technologies (Nantong) at 23.65 billion won (US$20.84 million).
This amounts to 14.48 percent of its equity capital.
