Hanjin Heavy to sell real estate worth W160b
[DISCLOSURE] Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction (097230) announced on June 16 that it has decided to sell its land and buildings in Busan to Samkang Metal and others at 160 billion won (US$140.73 million).
This amounts to 3.04 percent of its equity capital and the due date for transaction is Oct. 31.
