Leneco to raise capital by W9b
[DISCLOSURE] Leneco (042940) announced on June 19 that it has decided to increase capital by 9 billion won (US$7.96 million) to finance operations.
It will issue 5.98 million shares at 1,505 won per share and offer to third parties. The listing date is July 12.
