SK Materials to guarantee US$24m debt of Chinese subsidiary
[DISCLOSURE] SK Materials (036490) announced on June 20 that it has underwritten US$24 million debt of its Chinese affiliate SK Materials Jiangsu.
This amounts to 6.21 percent of its equity capital and the guarantee period is three years from July 28.
