Bookook Securities to repurchase W46b stocks
[DISCLOSURE] Bookook Securities (001270) announced on June 21 that it has decided to acquire 2 million treasury stocks at 46 billion won (US$40.31 million) through a tender offer to promote shareholder values.
The acquisition period is between June 30 and July 21.
