SJK to issue CB worth W10b
[DISCLOSURE] SJK (080440) announced on June 23 that it has decided to issue corporate bonds worth 10 billion won (US$8.79 million) and offer to Able Association No. 1.
The coupon rate is 1.5 percent and maturity rate is 26.49 percent. The conversion period is between Aug. 22, 2018 and July 22, 2020.
