SsangYong Cement to wholly own Daehan Cement
[DISCLOSURE] SsangYong Cement Industrial (003410) announced on June 23 that it has decided to acquire 1,215,565 shares of its affiliate Daehan Cement from Han and Company at 265 billion won (US$232.97 million) “to strengthen competitiveness.”
This amounts to 14.61 percent of its equity capital and the company will own the entire stake.
