Mirae Asset Daewoo, Naver to cross-purchase W500b stake each
[DISCLOSURE] Mirae Asset Daewoo (006800) announced on June 26 that it has decided to purchase Naver (035420)’s 563,063 shares worth 500 billion won (US$440.33 million) in after-hours block deal by June 27.
Naver will acquire Mirae Asset Daewoo’s 47,393,364 shares at 500 billion won in the same manner by the same date.
