Kukdong Oil & Chem acquires SsangYong Enertech
[DISCLOSURE] Kukdong Oil and Chemicals (014530) announced on June 26 that it has completed merging with SsangYong Enertech.
The company has acquired the entire stake of SsangYong Cement Industrial (003410)’s subsidiary at 55.5 billion won (US$48.81 million).
