Artbox to raise capital by W10b
[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Publishing (068290) announced on July 17 that its subsidiary Artbox has decided to issue 18,773 shares and offer to IBK Capital for a 10 billion won (US$8.86 million) capital raise “to improve financial structure and to expand business.”
