SKT to invest W539b in SK China
[DISCLOSURE] SK Telecom (017670) announced on July 28 that it has decided to acquire 10.21 million shares of its Hong Kong-based affiliate SK China at 539 billion won (US$480.78 million).
This amounts to 3.34 percent of its equity capital and the telecoms company’s stake will own 27.27 percent stake of the Chinese affiliate after the acquisition.
