Kumho Industrial inks W10b repurchase contract
[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Industrial (002990) announced on Sept. 18 that it has decided to sign a trust contract with Woori Bank to repurchase its own stocks worth 10 billion won (US$8.86 million) to stabilize its stock price and promote shareholder values.
The contract is valid until March 18, 2018.
