S&T Dynamics inks W15b contract to buy its own shares
[DISCLOSURE] S&T Dynamics (003570) announced on Sept. 21 that it has decided to sign a trust contract with KB Investment and Securities to repurchase its own stocks worth 15 billion won (US$13.23 million) to stabilize its stock price and promote shareholder values.
The contract is valid until March 20, 2018.
