CJ CGV to guarantee US$20m debt of HK affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] CJ CGV (079160) announced on Oct. 23 that it has decided to guarantee US$20 million debt of its Hong Kong-based affiliate CGI Holdings.
This amounts to 2.5 percent of its equity capital and the guarantee period is until Oct. 30, 2018.
