Hyundai Motor’s Oct. sales fall 4%
[THE INVESTOR] Hyundai Motor said on Nov. 1 its October sales fell 4.3 percent from a year earlier.
Hyundai Motor sold 394,078 vehicles in October, down from 411,803 units a year earlier, the company said in a statement.
Domestic sales rose 12 percent on-year to 53,012 cars last month from 47,186. But overseas sales fell 6.5 percent to 341,066 from 346,617 during the same period, it said.
In the January-October period, Hyundai saw its sales decline 5.6 percent to 3.67 million units from 3.89 million a year earlier.
