Teems takes over Cidiz chair biz at W32.5b
[DISCLOSURE] Teems (134790) announced on Dec. 13 that it has decided to take over chair manufacturing and distribution business from its largest stakeholder Cidiz at 32.53 billion won (US$29.77 million) “to promote shareholder values through expanding businesses.”
The due date for acquisition is April 1, 2018.
