Samsung C&T cinches W3.8tr power plant deal
[DISCLOSURE] Samsung C&T (028260) announced on Jan. 3 that it has signed a 3.78 trillion won (US$3.54 billion) contract with Gangneung Eco Power to build coal-fired power plant in Gangneung, Gangwon Province.
This amounts to 13.45 percent of its 2016 revenue and the contract is valid for 60 months.
