Avista takes over medical consulting firm at W26.7b

[DISCLOSURE] Avista (090370) announced on Jan. 5 that it has decided to take over 79.09 percent stake (831,920 shares) in medical consulting firm Mojelim at 26.65 billion won (US$25.12 million) to “expand business horizon and enter new business.”
