Kakao Games acquires W20b Action Square stake
[DISCLOSURE] Kakao Games announced on Jan. 17 that it has decided to acquire 2,745,380 shares of Action Square (205500) at 20.01 billion won (US$18.79 million) “for a strategic partnership.”
Its stake in the software developer will be 10.43 percent.
