[THE INVESTOR] Hotel Lotte said on Jan. 30 it will open the third chain of its lifestyle brand L7 in Seoul this week as it attempts to attract more young visitors.
The new chain in Hongdae, a major tourist destination in western Seoul, will open to public on Jan. 31, according to the company.
Developed to provide a “place to rest in the middle of the city that is modern, comfortable and affordable,” L7’s first chain opened in Myeong-dong, downtown Seoul, in 2016, followed by one in the capital’s affluent district of Gangnam last year.
L7 Hongdae will be equipped with 340 rooms, as well as a rooftop bar and a swimming pool, it said.
