Telcon to absorb Telcon Pharma

[DISCLOSURE] Telcon (200230) announced on March 8 that it has decided to merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary Telcon Pharmaceutical at 1:0 ratio to strengthen competitiveness in pharmaceutical and bio sector and to improve management efficiency.
