Cuckoo Holdings to raise capital by W254b
[DISCLOSURE] Cuckoo Holdings (192400) announced on March 21 that it has decided to issue 2,586,456 shares for a 254.1 billion won (US$237.77 million) capital raise to finance acquisition of other corporation’s securities.
