Biovill acquires car importer at W20b
[DISCLOSURE] Biovill (065940) announced on April 3 that it has decided to take over entire stake in vehicle importer and seller NPC Conversion at 20 billion won (US$18.94 million) to expand and diversify businesses.
It will issue convertible bonds to finance the acquisition and the amount is equivalent to 25.9 percent of its equity capital.
