Hyundai Green Food acquires W121b stake in home shopping affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Green Food (005440) announced on April 5 that it has decided to acquire 1,141,600 shares of its affiliate Hyundai Home Shopping (057050) at 121.01 billion won (US$113.45 million) “to expand control over a well-performing affiliate and to promote management efficiency.”
This amounts to 5.92 percent of its equity capital and it will own 25.01 percent stake.
