Samsung SDI offloads W560b Samsung C&T stake
[DISCLOSURE] Samsung SDI (006400) announced on April 10 that it has decided to sell its 4,042,758 shares in its affiliate Samsung C&T (028260) at 559.9 billion won (US$525.04 million) in an after-hours block deal to cut cross-shareholdings and to secure funds for investment.
This amounts to 4.89 percent of its equity capital.
