LG Chem to invest W240b in JV with China’s Huayou Cobalt
[DISCLOSURE] LG Chem (051910) announced on April 11 that it has decided to establish a joint venture with global top cobalt processor Huayou Cobalt of China and invest 240 billion won (US$224.80 million).
LG Chem will own 49 percent stake in the precursor manufacturing unit and 51 percent in cathode material making unit.
