Samyang Packaging acquires W55.2b asset
[DISCLOSURE] Samyang Packaging (272550) announced on April 11 that it has decided to take over tangible assets worth 55.2 billion won (US$51.68 million) from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and others by March 1, 2019.
To expand aseptic manufacturing line, it will purchase a building, equipments and auxiliary facilities, said the company.
This amounts to 11.10 percent of its equity capital.
