Maeil Dairies acquires its own stocks worth W20b
[DISCLOSURE] Maeil Holdings (005990) announced on April 20 that its subsidiary Maeil Dairies (267980) has signed a trust contract with KB Investment and Securities to purchase treasury stocks worth 20 billion won to stabilize stock price and to promote shareholder values.
The dairy company currently owns 3,037 shares of its own and the contract is valid until April 20, 2021.
