Its earnings will bottom out in the first quarter and will increase this year. As the demand for special gas grows until third quarter, revenue growth prospects are bright, said analyst Kim Rok-ho.
Stabilizing price of raw materials also will boost its profits, and operating profit this year will reach 166.6 billion won up 13 percent from last year when it incurred restructuring costs, said the analyst.
Although still minor in terms of contribution, its new business is generating revenue in earnest, and there is a possibility for another new business, noted Kim, adding that a new NF3 facility, to be completed by the end of this year, will also boost its external growth from next year.
