Hanwha Aerospace absorbs Hanwha System, Hanwha S&C
[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Aerospace (012450) announced on May 31 that it has decided to merge with its subsidiaries Hanwha System and Hanwha S&C at 1:2.0027968 ratio “to promote corporate value by expanding business horizon and maximizing synergy effect.”
The due date for merger is Aug. 1.
