SK discovery increases stake in SK chemical by W50b
[DISCLOSURE] SK discovery (006120) announced on June 7 that it has decided to acquire 578,700 shares of its subsidiary SK chemicals (006120) at 50 billion won (US$46.67 million) “to secure stake in a subsidiary.”
Its stake will be 32.19 percent after the acquisition.
