SK materials to acquire W91.2b treasury stock
[DISCLOSURE] SK materials (036490) announced on June 12 that it has decided to acquire 530,000 shares of its own at 91.2 billion won (US$84.19 million) to promote shareholder values by stabilizing stock price.
