Tongyang Networks to issue CB worth US$5m
[DISCLOSURE] Tongyang Networks (030790) announced on June 18 that it has decided to issue convertible bonds worth US$5 million in Hong Kong to finance acquisition of other corporation’s shares.
Both the coupon rate and maturity rate are 6 percent and the maturity date is June 28, 2021.
