JB Financial to acquire W50b stake in Jeonbuk Bank
[DISCLOSURE] JB Financial Group (175330) announced on June 18 that it has decided acquire 2.5 million shares of its subsidiary Jeonbuk Bank at 50 billion won (US$45.30 million) “to promote management soundness.”
It will own 100 percent stake in the bank after the acquisition.
