Huvis to establish US JV with Thai partner
[DISCLOSURE] Huvis (079980) announced on June 19 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huvis Global has signed an agreement with Thai-based Indorama Ventures to establish a 50:50 joint venture in the US that will be in charge of manufacturing and sales of low melting fiber.
Huvis Global will invest US$14 million.
